We've Added Badges To Pulse
At Pulse, we believe in celebrating every milestone, no matter the size. That’s why we’ve introduced a fun and motivating system of badges that you can unlock as you grow with us. Whether you’re just starting out or you’re a seasoned business expanding your reach, our badges are here to recognise your hard work and success. Everyone likes working towards something and that's why we felt this was an important aspect of your dashboard. What are badges? I hear you ask. Well, every milestone you reach will bring a new badge. For instance:
Review Badges
Unlock badges for reaching certain review milestones such as getting your first review, getting 10 reviews, getting 50 reviews, getting 100 reviews, all the way up to getting that 1000th review.
Reply Badges
We actively encourage replying to reviews, so much like getting reviews, there's also a set of badges for submitting replies to reviews. Hopefully this helps and motivates you to start replying to those reviews.
Miscellaneous Badges
We also wanted to introduce badges that were more "fun" to unlock. For example, if you're a night owl and reply to a review between 2am and 5am, you'll unlock a badge. If you're pretty hot at replying to reviews and manage to reply to a review within 2 hours of it being submitted, you'll unlock a badge.
These badges aren’t just for show, they symbolise your dedication and progress. Displayed prominently on your personal dashboard, each badge serves as a reminder of what you’ve accomplished and what’s possible next.

Badges are still in the very early days and whilst there's currently 30 for you to unlock, we're just getting started. We have plans to introduce a whole heap of extra badges for you to unlock and we cannot wait to launch them.
