See the Most Popular Words in Your Google Reviews
We recently posted about the launch of our Google Reviews Sentiment Summary feature:
Since then, we've been hard at work over the weekend, working on the next widget for the Pulse dashboard!
We're happy to announce the Google Reviews Popular Words widget, which, as the name might give away, allows you to see the most popular words that your reviewers use when submitting their reviews.
This widget is a fantastic way of being able to easily spot trends in your reviews, whether it be good or bad. The widget shows words in a cloud type format and the more popular a word is, the bigger it shows in the cloud. So for example, if you can see fantastic in big text, then that tells you that a lot of people are probably saying great things about your restaurant. On the other hand, if you see the word rude in big text, then you may want to look into it a bit further! Luckily Pulse has some handy review filters you can use if you do need to do some investigating 😉
Below is an example of what the widget looks like:
So, we can see by this example, words such as Lovely, Great, Good, Amazing, Friendly and Excellent are being used a lot, which means reviewers are enjoying themselves when dining at this restaurant.
However, you may see in the top left that the word Disappointing appears. Now, this isn't too bad because it's much smaller than the positive words, but it's definitely something to keep an eye on, because you don't want that word getting any bigger!
This widget is now live, so if you are a Pulse customer, you'll be able to see it on your Dashboard! We hope it comes in useful for spotting trends in your reviews.
