Reading reviews is fun and all but what if you're after just a quick sentence or two which sums up the current sentiment across your reviews, so you can see at a glance what people love about you and perhaps what people are unhappy about?

We're proud to announce the Google Reviews Sentiment Summary widget, which is available on your Pulse dashboard right now. It's a great way of quickly getting an overall view of what people are saying about you and could even offer you some quick wins if there's a negative trend in your reviews.

Here's some example summaries, to give you an idea on type of information you may get:

The reviews convey a strongly positive sentiment, highlighting the benefits, taste, variety, affordability, and excellent customer service, with customers experiencing significant improvements in their health and overall satisfaction.

The reviews predominantly express a highly positive sentiment. Praising the vegan options, cozy atmosphere, excellent coffee, and friendly service, though a few reviews mention issues with order cancellations and pricing concerns.

The overall sentiment of the reviews is overwhelmingly positive, praising the high quality of graphics, excellent customer service, fast turnaround, and good value for money.

This widget has been an idea we've had for quite some time so we're very happy to finally have it in reality.
